Themis was the embodiment of divine order, law, custom and conceivably the first true Wiccan. Themis is patroness of all existing rights. We are Themis, the Gothic Wicca Rock Band. Themis band: Artistic outlaws in a melodic embrace of the law of nature. Themis band has morphed into a friendly musical experience between the light and the darkness, seeking more light. Themis music seeks a higher ethic. Pure love of life is the antithesis to mainstream normal music of these days that invokes 'badness', 'pain' 'hurting' and 'violence. Conversely Themis music is fun, caring, sharing and loving melodic artistry. Themis welcomes you. We of Themis are in Mother Earth's nature, humbled in reverence as if in the Themis temple of the Lord and Lady. Not prone to the arrogance of human technology as they touch our souls, we of Themis are collectively healers, teachers, seekers, givers, and protectors of all things. Vegans. We of Themis commit ourselves to a culture of non-violence, respect, justice, and peace. We of Themis in our music, performances, lyrics or promotions shall not oppress, injure, torture, or kill other human beings, and will encourage forsaking violence as a means of settling differences.
We of Themis band believe Earth cannot be changed for the better unless the consciousness of individuals is changed first. Knowing that music and various music cultures have great influence, particularly over the young, we pledge to increase our awareness by disciplining our minds, through education and by positive thinking.
Each of us depends on the well-being of the whole and so we of Themis have respect for the community of living beings, for people, animals, and plants, and for the preservation of Earth, the air, water and soil.

Discussion: Facebook wants bands to set up an adjunct page to a members profile and buy advertising. The "band page" is then hidden from the world pretty much, unless you pay Facebook for it's promotion. What many bands do is simply set up a "group" as their page. The former is tricky and the latter works quite well.
